To lodge your insurance claim please call 1300 559 867 or download and complete the relevant claim form below:

Once completed please submit the form along with any supporting documentation, photos and quotes in relation to your claim by faxing it to 1300 727 938 or by posting it to:

Medical assistance

If you received medical assistance while on a trip overseas, it’s important to attach all your original medical, hospital or dental receipts with your travel insurance claim.

Theft

If you’re making a claim for the theft of your personal items, please attach the police report and any supporting documents showing your proof of ownership and the value of the stolen items. This can include original receipts, credit card vouchers, guarantee or warranty cards, statements, or valuations obtained before the theft.

Loss

When you’re claiming for lost items, please also attach proof of ownership and value such as original receipts, credit card vouchers, guarantee or warranty cards, statements, or valuations obtained before the loss.

Delayed luggage

If you’re making a claim for delayed luggage, please attach the delayed luggage report you received from authorities and please also attach any original receipts for the replacement of essential items of clothing and personal requisites.
