To complete your car insurance claim you will also need to provide further information by downloading and completing the relevant form below:

Call the police straight away if your property is stolen, maliciously or intentionally damaged. If your stolen property is recovered, let us know about this too.

If you have an accident

  • If you have an accident where another person is involved, remember to get their details including their name, address, registration number, phone number and car details.
  • Try not to admit, deny or negotiate who you think was at fault in any accident until you have spoken to us. We’ll help you to make the claiming process fair and as stress-free as possible.
