Workplace giving

Giving back to the community is something we value here at HBF. Our employee programs include:

  • Workplace Giving Program: in the past ten years, our employees, suppliers and members have raised more than $1.4m for charities.  Each year our employees donate approximately $50,000 to local charities through a payroll deduction scheme and fundraising activities.
  • Community Health Advocacy Program: this program supports schemes that improve the health and wellbeing of the WA community.
  • Community Spirit Program: this program encourages our employees to volunteer in the community. Participants can enjoy an additional two days paid leave per year for volunteering activities.
