Provide end-to-end project management for a variety of business and IT projects. This includes bringing together teams of employees from both technical and business areas to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and that the expected business outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities include
- Manage assigned project(s) including scope, budget and schedule.
- Report to project sponsors and stakeholders on the progress of assigned projects.
- Manage project team members (leadership, performance, coaching and support).
Selection Criteria
- 5+ years experience in managing IT software application and systems delivery projects
- Have extensive experience in delivering projects utilising industry standards of systems development lifecycle and tools (e.g MS Project, Prince2, ITIL)
- Ability to manage projects of low to medium complexity and up to 3 projects concurrently
- Ability to identify issues and potential issues at an early stage and to be highly competent in bringing these to resolution
- Ability to manage project resourcing requirements, project budgets, scope and timelines
- Ability to manage project sponsors and other stakeholders from diverse business areas using excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage people with a high level of leadership skills
