Purpose
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled people to provide excellence in our Member Service Centre in Perth CBD.
Selection Criteria
Candidates will need to demonstrate competence against the following key selection criteria:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and achieve individual sales and productivity targets;
- Experience in a service environment, showing commitment to excellence in customer service and a willingness to continue to develop skills and knowledge;
- Flexible and open to changing demands;
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to organise self and manage time effectively;
- Demonstrated keyboard skills and computer literacy.
The Member Service Centre currently operates from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 2.00pm on Saturday however these hours may change/extend and total flexibility is required at all times.
