Purpose
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled people to provide excellence in customer service across WA.

Selection Criteria
Candidates will need to demonstrate competence against the following key selection criteria:

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and achieve individual sales and productivity targets;
• Experience in a service environment, showing commitment to excellence in customer service and a willingness to continue to develop skills and knowledge;
• Flexible and open to changing demands;
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to organise self and manage time effectively;
• Demonstrated keyboard skills and computer literacy;
• Demonstrated cash handling/balancing experience.

Operational hours of our service centres are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm and Saturday 9am to 1.15pm (at selected Centres).
