We provide all Health Insurance members with unlimited cover for urgent ambulance transport.

We provide all Health Insurance members with unlimited cover for urgent ambulance transport. Urgent Ambulance Transport covers circumstances classified by St John Ambulance as requiring urgent attention.

A $50 co-payment may apply for ambulance services where a patient is not admitted to a hospital emergency department. Please note, we do not pay any benefit for air ambulance services.

We also offers HBF hospital members, an optional ambulance product, Ambulance Plus, which provides cover for elective ambulance services.
