Participating Dental Provider Arrangements
HBF's Participating Dental Provider Arrangements are designed to make it possible for members to lower their out of pocket expenses for dental services.
From 1 April 2007, when you visit an HBF Participating Dental Provider you will be entitled to 100% benefit back on one scale and clean each calendar year.
Under the arrangements you will also be covered for a set percentage of the fee charged by an HBF Participating Dental Provider subject to your level of Essentials cover. As a guide, benefits will be calculated as follows:
