If you have any questions, or you want to check if payroll deductions are available to you, just call our Member Service Centre on 133 423. Claims and ReimbursementTo claim your medical expenses, simply forward a Health Claim form to HBF and attach the account details or the receipt for the account you have paid. HBF will process the claim and either pay you or pay the provider directly. To have your benefit credited directly to your bank account, simply complete the direct credit section of the claim form, otherwise HBF will mail you a cheque.
