Simply contact us and arrange an appointment with an HBF Personal Consultant at our Murray Street Head Office or at one of our Financial Services Offices at Booragoon Gateway, Mandurah and Joondalup.

You can make this appointment by:

• calling an HBF Mortgage Specialist on 9265 8822, or
• visiting your local HBF Service Centre, where we can arrange the appointment, or
• email us with details of the best time to call you and we can arrange to call you to discuss an HBF Home Loan.

We will do everything possible to provide a quick answer about how much you can borrow and guide you through the process.

What to bring to your meeting

To enable us to make things as fast and easy as possible, please bring the following items to the meeting with your Personal Consultant.

Personal identification

• Photo identification (eg drivers licence, passport)
• Credit Cards, Medicare card, store credit cards
• Birth Certificate

Proof of income

• Pay As you Go form (Payment Summary/Group Certificate) and your most recent pay slips
• Self employed - last two years tax returns, reflecting two years trade
• Rental Income - bank statements showing six months rental deposits, or a signed lease agreement, or real estate agents statement

Savings history

• Three months statements confirming savings history where they contribute to the purchase

Property purchases

• Copy of signed Offer and Acceptance documents
• Details of Solicitor/conveyancer/settlement agent

If refinancing

• Statements of existing accounts refinanced from other financial institution showing at least six months repayment history

If building, renovating or extending

• Copy of signed Building Contract
• Details of building costs and plans
• Copy of builder’s insurance coverage
• Your HBF Home Loan application form (if you've started to complete one)
