How to Apply

If you are an existing HBF member and wish to transact in amounts of $10,000 or under, you can apply for an HBF WebSave* account online or in person. If you are not yet an HBF member or wish to transact in amounts above $10,000, you will need to apply in person at an HBF Financial Services location so a security token can be issued.

Online

  1. Complete and submit the online application form
  2. We will forward you the completed account origination and 100 point check documentation
  3. Sign the account documentation and take it to your nearest HBF Service Centre location to complete the 100 point identification check. Members based in areas where there is no HBF Service Centre will be advised where they can complete their 100 point check.
  4. We will be in touch to set up your HBF WebSave* account and provide you with your account details
  5. If you want to monitor the progress of your application you can contact us on 1300 889 749

In person

  1. Visit an HBF Financial Services Centre where a Personal Consultant will help you through the application process
  2. Bring 100 points of identification with you
  3. Your account will be established on the spot
