To view the site at its best, you may want to change your screen resolution to this setting. To do this, go into control panel, select display, go to settings, select screen resolution and change this setting to 1024 by 768.

How do I prevent IE (Internet Explorer) from caching?

Sometimes Internet Explorer shows old pages of websites. While surfing the internet, your browser stores every file, image and program associated with the websites you visit. This is done so that the next time you visit that site you will not have to re-download those files. This decreases the amount of time spent waiting for a site to download. If you do not periodically clear out your browser's cache you may be reloading an old page with outdated information. It is also advisable that you clear out your browser's cache so that you do not use up your hard drive space. By not removing these stored files, you may see your machine's performance decrease in speed over time.

How do I clear my web browser cache?

There are many different web browser's however most have similar settings. Also, you can try the help files on your top menu.

For Internet Explorer 5
On the top toolbar go to "Tools" and then "Internet Options". Under the "General" tab, in the middle section, there is a section called "Temporary Internet Files". Click on the button "Delete Files". This may take a few minutes, depending on how many files your computer has stored.

Clear the cache in your web browser and refresh the page. You can refresh the page by either going to the top menu and clicking "Refresh" or "Reload" OR right mouse click anywhere on the page and select "Refresh".
