Application Criteria

If you choose to complete a quote online, you also have the option to buy cover. Simply follow the prompts and you'll be issued with cover immediately. In order for you to apply online successfully, however, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Start and finish your journey in Australia
• Aged under 70 years (you or anyone travelling)
• Making payment using credit card (Mastercard or Visa only)
• Read the Travel Insurance Policy Wording and Product Disclosure Statement
• Read the Financial Services Guide
• Understand that the policy does not provide cover for pre-existing medical conditions (other than those conditions automatically included, however no automatic conditions covered for Frequent Travellers).*
• The purpose of travel is for leisure or working holiday only
