Waiting periods will apply to your health insurance cover if:
- You're a new HBF member - You're new to hospital cover - You've upgraded to a higher level of cover - which includes moving from health insurance cover with an excess to cover without an excess. Please check the waiting periods and pre-existing conditions that apply before you claim benefits for hospital services and medical gap cover. |
