Personal Hospital Liaisons

If you need an overnight stay in a private hospital and you have questions about your cover, one of our Hospital Liaison Officers can come and visit you in your hospital room.  

These kind, compassionate women are based in most private hospitals all over WA, so they understand what it’s like to be a patient in hospital. They also understand the intricacies of health insurance and hospital related paperwork, so they can help you sort things out, leaving you to focus on getting better. 

Our Hospital Liaison Officers visit hundreds of HBF members each week, leaving our members with one less thing to worry about.
