Ambulance Plus

The best health insurance option for you if you may need non-urgent ambulance transport is Ambulance Plus.

All of our health insurance covers urgent ambulance services, but Ambulance Plus provides a health insurance cover option which can be added to your Hospital Cover or Twin Pack health insurance cover.

• Ambulance Plus is a health insurance option that covers pre-booked or, non-urgent ambulance transport.
• Ambulance Plus benefits are capped at $3000 per person per year.
• A $50 co-payment may apply for ambulance services if you’re not admitted to a hospital emergency department.

Please note: if you’re an Aged Pensioner, the WA State Government provides free emergency or medically necessary ambulance services.
