How to claim

 

Lodge your claim

 

Let us know about your claim as soon as possible however there is no need to call us, simply lodge your claim online so we can start the claims process.  

You may need to call the police, do this straight away if your property is stolen, maliciously or intentionally damaged. If your stolen property is recovered, let us know about this too.

 

 

 

To complete your insurance claim you will also need to provide further information by downloading and completing the relevant form below:

Trust your repairs to the experts.  We have a list of recommended repairers to make the repair process easier.  Contact us on 133 423 and we will arrange to appoint one of our recommended repairers.
