Sponsorship guidelines for community health partnerships

 

The Community Partnerships and Sponsorships Guidelines are provided to assist organisations who may wish to approach us for partnership or sponsorship opportunities. Please take the time to read these guidelines carefully as all required details and supporting evidence must be included to enable the initial request to be considered.

How to apply

 

Applications must be submitted at least 12 weeks prior to event/program date. Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their proposal within six weeks of their application being received.
