If you have an accident

• If you have an accident where another person is involved, remember to get their details including; their name, address, registration number, contact number and car details.
• Try not to admit, deny or negotiate who you think was at fault in any accident until you have spoken to us. We’ll help you to make the claiming process fair and as stress-free as possible.
• If you haven’t already, you need to call the police straight away if your vehicle is stolen, maliciously or intentionally damaged. If your stolen vehicle is recovered, let us know about this too.
