Branches: Our branch reps help members with claims and enquiries, and provide information on our range of insurance and financial products. We currently have 18 branches across metro and regional WA.
Contact Centre: A fun and vibrant place to work, our contact centre handles inbound and outbound enquiries, providing consistently outstanding member service.Operating hours are Monday -Friday: 8am-6pm and Saturday: 9am-12pm.
Our Health division offers a diverse range of roles that work together to ensure our Health Insurance products and services meet the needs of our members and providers.
We process policies and claims, develop new and improved products, ensure compliance with legislation, work on business improvement projects - and a whole lot more!
Our communications team is made up of a range of specialists who work together to effectively promote our brand, products and services.
This is achieved through integrated marketing campaigns, including coverage on TV, radio, print and online.
We employ a number of people within a range of divisions to support our corporate operations.
Our dedicated HR team provides advice, guidance and support to all employees and potential employees.
They also ensure our payroll is managed on time, and all Occupational Safety & Health policies are in place and up to date.
Our IT people provide support to project stakeholders throughout the business in areas such as web development, testing,information architecture and telecommunications to name just a few!
Our business intelligence people work with our data warehouse repository to provide specialist reporting and analysis so that the rest of the business has the information they need for decision making.
We have a dedicated team of trainers to ensure our people are multi-skilled and know the 'ins and outs' of our products and services.
Our Legal department ensures that we enter into fair and commercial agreements, and comply with industry legislation and regulations. They also provide support to the HBF Board on its corporate governance responsibilities.
The primary role of the Group Risk and Compliance Unit is to advise, design, support and monitor risk and compliance obligations.
