We're extending opening hours in our member contact centre and branches for you.

As of Saturday 12 May 2012 our new opening hours on Saturdays will be 8am to 1pm.

From Tuesday 5 June 2012, we'll be taking calls from:

Monday – Friday	8am – 7pm	Health Insurance only from 6pm - 7pm
Saturday 9 and 16 June	8am – 2pm	Health Insurance only from 1pm - 2pm
Saturday 23 June	8am - 5pm	Health Insurance only from 1pm - 5pm
Saturday 30 June	8am - 7pm	Health Insurance only from 1pm - 7pm

Opening hours in our branches during June will be:
