*A single Ambulance Plus policy costs $23.50pa based on WA rates, which is the equivalent of $0.45 a week when paid annually by direct debit after deducting the Federal Government 30% Rebate on private health insurance.

^A single Urgent Ambulance policy costs $67.30pa based on WA rates, which is the equivalent of $1.29 a week when paid annually by direct debit after deducting the Federal Government 30% Rebate on private health insurance.
