$1.30Prices based on WA rates for a single premium paid by direct debit with no Lifetime Health Cover loading. A single Urgent Ambulance policy costs $67.30pa, which is equivalent to $1.30 a week after deducting the Australian Government 30% Rebate on private health insurance.

If you don’t need Hospital or Essentials cover, Urgent Ambulance covers you and your family for urgent ambulance trips.

As an HBF Urgent Ambulance member you are covered for unlimited urgent ambulance transport.

There is only a seven-day waiting period.

You don’t want Hospital or Essentials cover, just a safety net of unlimited ambulance cover for any situation that St John Ambulance considers urgent.

If you’re an Aged Pensioner you may not need Urgent Ambulance cover due to the WA State Government’s provision of free ambulance services. Contact the Department of Health for more information.
