Lexi Downsborough, Hospital Liaison Officer
I am one of the HBF Hospital Liaison Officers and have the pleasure of working full time at St John of God Subiaco. We are there to provide personal support to our members and their families in relation to their Private Health Insurance. This role is such an important and valuable service and I feel privileged to meet and assist so many members during their greatest time of need. We take great pleasure in being able to take some of the burden away from members, so they can focus on their recovery without having to worry about their Private Health Insurance.
