Landlords Cover

Landlords Residential Property Insurance provides cover for any accidental loss or damage to the buildings or contents that make up your rental property. We also provide cover under specific conditions for a range of incidents and additional covers.
You can choose to take out a buildings policy, a contents policy, or a combined buildings and contents policy.

There are three options for Landlords Insurance;

Landlords Cover Options

    • Cover for residential buildings, their fixtures and fittings and structural improvements
  • OPTION B

    Contents Only

    • Covers contents against fire, flood, burglary and more
    • Cover for household goods or personal effects not fixed or fitted to buildings

    Combine Building and Contents

    • Combine building and contents insurance under one policy
