Landlords Cover
Landlords Residential Property Insurance provides cover for any accidental loss or damage to the buildings or contents that make up your rental property. We also provide cover under specific conditions for a range of incidents and additional covers.
You can choose to take out a buildings policy, a contents policy, or a combined buildings and contents policy.

Landlords Cover Options

Building Only
Building Insurance covers your home against fire, flood, storm damage and more. It provides coverage for residential buildings, their fixtures and fittings and structural improvements.

OPTION B
Contents Only
We can insure the Contents of your home against fire, flood, burglary and more. A great option for renters looking to insure their valuables at a low cost. This option provides cover for household goods or personal effects not fixed or fitted to buildings that you own or are legally responsible for.

Combine Building and Contents
Combine your Building and Contents insurance under one policy to cover both your residential building and the contents within your home. We provide flexible options to provide the right level of cover to suit your needs.
