What are the benefits?

There are two options:

  • Unspecified Cover - You can choose the level of cover you require from 6 plans and you don’t need to specify what is being insured.

    3 $600 $3,000
    4 $750 $4,000
    5 $1,000 $5,000
    6 $1,500 $7,500
  • Specified Cover - If you want to cover individual items of higher value than the limits in the above table, call us on 133 423 and we can arrange to add them to your policy

Terms and Conditions

HBF Health Pty Ltd ABN 11 126 884 786 AR No. 406073 (HBF Health) is an Authorised Representative of CGU Insurance Limited ABN 27 004 478 371 AFS Licence No. 238291 (CGU) and acts under binder from the product issuer HBF Insurance Pty Ltd ABN 11 009 268 277 (HBF Insurance) which means it can issue the policy as if it were HBF Insurance. HBF Health will receive a commission in the range of 10% to 25% of the premium you pay (excluding taxes and charges) plus GST.
