HBF RUN FOR A REASON Spectator Vantage Points

Thousands of Western Australians will be running for a reason in HBF’s inaugural walk/run event, scheduled for Sunday 23 May, 2010 from 8am.

Even if you’re not pounding the pavement, why not be involved in this community event as a spectator, as this Perth event promises to be different to any other.

Participants will walk, jog, run or stroll in this all-ages event in either the Act-Belong-Commit 4.5km run/walk or the more challenging 14km Act-Belong-Commit course.  Both will start and finish at the WACA.

Every 2km along the route there will be entertainment to encourage participants to take the next step.  From stilt walkers and dancers to drummers and those jumping rope, spectators will be able to join in the fun by watching from the sidelines.

Good spectator vantage points include:

Start line:    Nelson Ave, Perth (Near WACA)
