Declare your child's status

Each year, we need to know whether your child is eligible to stay on your family membership.

Your child can stay covered on your policy if he or she is:

• Under 25 of age
• Not married or living in a de facto relationship, and either:
  • Studying full time; OR
  • Earning less than $24,500 taxable income per calendar year

If your child is currently covered by your health policy and you’re not sure if they'll still be covered, we'll need a few extra details from you.
