At HBF, we want to provide our members with the best possible experiences and products, so we want to know what our members think. To make this happen, we have created the HBF Opinion Panel – an online community of HBF members.
Throughout the year, HBF Opinion Panel members are invited to complete surveys on a broad range of topics such as health cover, branch design and advertising. The feedback is used to help shape HBF’s business decisions, such as the direction of HBF’s strategy, types of policies available and enhancements to cover and benefits that members can claim.
It also helps us decide how we can positively contribute to the broader WA community and help us meet our members’ needs as effectively as possible.
