    Your Health Check is performed by a Pharmacist in a private room. Your Pharmacist can offer advice or if necessary, refer you to a doctor.

  2. Private consultation

    A 20-minute appointment to assess your risk of developing type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

  3. Instant results

    You'll get instant results on your BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels~ which will help identify your risk factors for type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Our Pharmacist will provide advice and support on the next steps.

  4. HBF Health Check Plus

    Get the most of your health check with an optional follow up service delivered by a qualified HBF Health Coach to assist you with taking action to improve your health^.

Can I get a Health Check?

If you’re aged 18 years or older, you can get a Health Check at Pharmacy 777. Click here to read the full terms and conditions.

How much does it cost?

Eligible HBF members on eligible products can get a fully covered Health Check once a year. Otherwise, it’s $40 for a Health Check at Pharmacy 777.

What happens at the appointment?

Your Pharmacist will ask some questions about your lifestyle, including diet and exercise habits, as well as measure your blood pressure, cholesterol~, height, weight and waist circumference. We do all this to assess your risk of developing cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. You’ll receive a report with your results along with lifestyle recommendations aimed at reducing your risk for T2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Health Checks are private consultations and take about 20 minutes.
