Reconciliation Action Plan

Learn about HBF’s Reconciliation Action Plan

HBF’s ‘Reflect’ RAP signifies our commitment to a more united Australia

Our RAP has been developed in partnership with reconciliation specialists Kambarang and an internal RAP working group comprising of representatives from across the organisation.

It is championed by HBF's Executive GM People & Corporate Affairs and is fully supported by the Executive team and the Board.

HBF’s journey toward reconciliation starts with building awareness, deepening respect and building partnerships with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander organisations and people.

HBF recognises that the actions we take must help create a legacy where future generations of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander children are framed by opportunity and not by disadvantage.

In pursuit of reconciliation, HBF is proud to have teamed up with organisations including Cultural Creative Agency, Creative Native, Richmond Consulting, Indigiearth and Kuditj Kitchen.

We look forward to continuing to discover and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses while developing our perspective and providing opportunities that sustain.
