HBF is searching for recent university graduates who are creative, brave, agile and determined to make their mark on the world.

HBF is about to embark on a significant technology-enabled program to transform the business into a leading national private health insurance provider, and a larger player in WA health and financial services.

With this new strategy in place, HBF is seeking graduates for specific roles in Technology and Finance for their 2019 Graduate Program.

HBF is looking to recruit a Technology All-Rounder, Cyber Security Analyst, Junior Software Developers and a Business Analyst.

Graduates will receive real world experience while learning from some of the very best in the industry, using modern, agile software development methods.

The HBF Graduate Program is an opportunity to be involved in a number of exciting initiatives as a result of a momentous digital transformation program.

“This new transformation program will impact all areas of our business, it will make HBF more competitive, efficient and sustainable and we can only be successful if we have the right people on board,” said David Gollan, General Manager of Technology at HBF.

“We’re investing a lot of resources into improving our technology strategy, we want to recruit the best graduate talent, develop those people and provide them with a platform to achieve their best,” David says.

To successfully compete in an industry that is dealing with a number of market and regulatory challenges, while at the same time provide exceptional service to our HBF members, David believes investing in technology and the bright minds that bring it to life is more important now than ever.

“To keep up and begin to exceed expectations, our digital presence and online member service must be second-to-none nationally, and we can start by investing in upcoming talent and the jobs of the future.” David says.

Applications are now open for the 2019 Graduate Program.
