HBF’s metropolitan branches in Western Australia will re-open next week as the WA Government eases restrictions in the Perth and Peel regions under its COVID-19 response plan.

Subject to any further government directions, HBF intends to re-open its metropolitan branches (including Mandurah) and head office in Wellington Street, Perth, on Monday 15 February. This follows the re-opening of HBF’s regional WA branches on Monday 8 February.

Social distancing guidelines and hand sanitation stations will be in place.

Meanwhile, HBF will temporarily suspend face-to-face member service at its kiosks in Melbourne in response to the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 restrictions announced on Friday 12 February.

Members can continue to contact HBF through the Member Contact Centre (133 423) from 5.00am to 7.00pm (WST) on weekdays and from 6.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday, online chat at www.hbf.com.au, and the HBF mobile app.

A webpage with member resources and information relating to COVID-19 can be found here.
