How it works

Most medications are more effective when you take them exactly as per your prescription. Personally prepared, safe and easy-to-use medication packs are fully covered for eligible HBF members*

    Locate your nearest participating TerryWhite Chemmart and make a booking.

  2. Private consultation

    A 30-minute consultation with a pharmacist, who will provide you with a comprehensive list of your medications including what they are used for, how they should be taken and stored, and how they can affect other medical conditions.

  3. Get help managing your medication

    With a better understanding of medications, and easy to use medication packs offered by TerryWhite Chemmart, managing your medication can become simpler.

What is a dose administration aid?

When you’ve got a lot of medications to take, we know it can get overwhelming. Dose administration aids ensure you never get medications mixed up or miss a dose.

Your medication is packed in secure blister packs with the dose, day and time clearly printed. Blister packs can specify exact times of the day. If you haven’t opened the blister compartment, you know you haven’t taken the dose – so there’s less confusion.

How much does the dose administration service cost?

If you’re an eligible HBF member, the personally prepared, safe and easy-to-use medication packing service is free*.
