Throw together these scrumptious pizza scrolls for an easy, warming treat. Sports dietitian Julie Meek shows us how.
This recipe is a lighter twist on a bakery favourite, using a simple dough made from flour and yoghurt.
Best of all, you can whip them up in less than half an hour – perfect for when you want a comforting treat.
(Makes about 9 scrolls)
4 cups self-raising flour
1 cup natural yogurt
½ cup tomato pasta sauce
½ cup grated cheese
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
Put the self-raising flour and natural yoghurt in a bowl. Mix to form a
dough, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into a flat rectangle, 1-2mm thick.
