Ensure that your information is accurate and up to date with these simple steps to check or update your personal contact details online or through the HBF App.

How to update your contact details on myHBF

Step 1. Login to myHBF

Visit hbf.com.au and select the ‘Login’ link from the top right-hand side.

Step 2. Select My Details

From the dashboard, go to the ‘My details’ drop-down menu.

Step 3. Change your details

Select the ‘Edit personal details’ link. View and update the email address, phone number and residential address for any member on your policy.

Step 4. Confirm

Select the ‘Update personal details’ button to save your changes.

How to update your contact details on the HBF App

Step 1. Open the HBF App

Log in using your member number and password you created for your myHBF account. Alternatively, use your 4-digit PIN or fingerprint ID.

Step 2. Tap Edit personal details

Tap on the ‘Edit personal details’ button on the dashboard.

Step 3. Change your details

View and update your phone numbers, email address, or residential and postal address by tapping on your details if required.

Step 4. Confirm details

Select the ‘Update’ button to save any changes.
