How to order a member card on myHBF

Step 1: Login to myHBF

Visit hbf.com.au and select the ‘Login’ link from the top right-hand side.

Step 2: Select My Details

From the dashboard, go to the ‘My details’ drop-down menu.

Step 3: Select Order a member card

Choose ‘Order a member card’. Select who the new HBF member card is for and check your postal address. If needed, change your address in the ‘Edit personal details’ area.

Step 4: Confirm your request

Select ‘Request new HBF member card’ to confirm your request. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

How to order a member card on the HBF App

Step 1: Open the HBF App

Log in using your member number and password you created for your myHBF account. Alternatively, use your 4-digit PIN or fingerprint ID.

Step 2: Tap on Edit personal details

Tap on the ‘Edit personal details’ button on the home page.

Step 3: Navigate to HBF card

Tap on the ‘HBF card’ link.

Step 4: Tap on ‘Order a plastic card’

Tap ‘Order a plastic card’. Check your contact details. If needed, change your address in the ‘Edit personal details’ area.

Step 5: Confirm your request

Tap ‘Order your member card’ to confirm your request. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
