A smoothie can be a great choice for an easy breakfast or a nourishing
snack, especially when you’re low on time.
Blueberries are a source of vitamin C, fibre and other healthy nutrients.1 Blend them up with your
choice of milk and a dollop of
yoghurt, and you’ve got a smooth and creamy drink that goes down a treat.
You can use whatever fruit you like – Meek recommends sticking to around
one whole piece of fruit (like a banana) or half a cup of frozen fruit.
1 cup milk of choice
2 tablespoons skim milk powder
½ cup frozen berries (or fruit of choice)
2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
- (Optional) ¼ cup oats
Place all the ingredients into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
