How to change your rebate details on myHBF

Step 1: Login to myHBF

Visit hbf.com.au and select the ‘Login’ link from the top right-hand side.

Step 2: Select My Details

From the dashboard, go to the ‘My Details’ drop-down menu.

Step 3: Enter your details

Choose the ‘My rebate details’ link. To calculate your rebate tier amount, confirm a few questions on your family status and annual income range. Once entered, your new rebate percentage will be displayed.

Step 4: Update rebate details

Select the ‘Update rebate’ button if you want to change your rebate tier. This update will be actioned immediately on your policy.

How to change your rebate details on the HBF App

Step 1: Open the HBF App

Log in using your member number and password you created for your myHBF account. Alternatively, use your 4-digit PIN or fingerprint ID.

Step 2: Navigate to Cover

Tap the Cover menu

Step 3: Tap Rebate estimate

Tap ‘Rebate estimate’ link.

Step 4: Enter your details

To calculate your rebate tier amount, confirm a few questions on your family status and annual income range. Once entered, your new rebate percentage will be displayed.

Step 5: Update rebate details

Select the ‘Update rebate details’ button if you want to change your rebate tier. This update will be actioned immediately on your policy.
