How to check your limits and usage on myHBF

Step 1. Login to myHBF

Visit hbf.com.au and select the ‘Login’ link from the top right-hand side.

Step 2. Select Claiming

From the dashboard, go to the ‘Claiming’ drop-down menu.

Step 3. Select Extras limits and usage

Choose the ‘Extras limits and usage’ link. Select any member on your policy and a service to find out how much of your benefits you’ve used this calendar year.

How to check your limits and usage on the HBF App

Step 1. Open the HBF App

Log in using your member number and password you created for your myHBF account. Alternatively, use your 4-digit PIN or fingerprint ID.

Step 2. Tap ‘View limits and usage’ button

Choose any member on your policy and a service to find out how much of your benefits you’ve used this calendar year.
