Zurich will continue to support members with existing policies. You can call Zurich on 1800 025 015 for all enquiries relating to your existing HBF Ezicover insurance policies.

Why is HBF no longer offering income protection and life insurance?

This recent decision is designed to help focus our priorities towards private health insurance and health services for our members, staff and community. We’re already making significant progress in this space, with HBF health insurance growing nationally and our expansion into health services such as HBF Dental and our Pharmacy 777 alliance.

Even though we no longer offer income protection and life insurance products, what we stand for is still the same. We're still a not-for-profit health fund that doesn't have shareholders, and we will continue to put our members’ needs first.

What happens at renewal?

You won’t have to do anything different. Your current product benefits, terms and features will not change and will continue to be offered by Zurich Australia Limited. As always, please consider the PDS and check if the policy still meets your needs.
