What's involved in a Health Check?

Your Health Check is performed by a Pharmacy 777 Pharmacist in a private room and takes around 20 minutes. The 'checks' involved in a Health Check include:

• Helping you understand your body measurements including Body Mass Index (BMI) and waist circumference
• Checking your blood pressure
• Looking at your lifestyle factors- like diet and physical activity
• Presenting you with a report of results and recommendations
• Identifying any early warning signs for chronic diseases like Diabetes and cardiovascular disease
