From Monday 1 February, HBF will temporarily suspend face-to-face member service in its branches across Western Australia in response to the State Government’s COVID-19 restrictions announced on Sunday 31 January.
The health of HBF employees and members is our first priority and, as a result, branches outside of the Perth, Peel and South West regions will also close until further notice, as will HBF’s head office in Wellington Street, Perth.
Branch staff will remain available to service members via other channels including phone and online chat. The Member Contact Centre will remain open to take phone calls via 133 423 from 5.00 am to 7.00 pm (WST) on weekdays (and from 6.00 am to 4.00 pm on Saturday).
“I want to reassure our members that we are here to help and updates will be provided in the coming days on our website and social media channels,” HBF Chief Executive John Van Der Wielen said.
“We look forward to re-opening our branches and head office when it is safe to do so.”
HBF’s Melbourne branches are unaffected by these changes.
