Health Support Programs

Eligibility for health programs depends on your HBF cover. Some programs are included in Hospital cover, and some programs are included in Extras cover. 

Eligibility may also depend on program-specific clinical criteria. For example, you may need to have an official diagnosis for a condition, or you may need to have a certain body mass index (BMI) to be eligible for certain health programs.

The best way to find out if you’re eligible is to visit the page specific to the health program you are interested in, or call us on 133 423.
