Reconciliation Action Plan

HBF’s ‘Reflect’ RAP signifies our commitment to a more united Australia

Our formal commitment to reconciliation

Our RAP has been developed in partnership with Jason Timor from Stone Crab, our Senior Management Team, and members from our internal RAP governance group.

It is championed by HBF's Chief Risk Officer and is fully supported by the Executive team and the Board.

Since launching our first RAP a few years ago, we've navigated a landscape of significant changes and challenges. These experiences have deepened our understanding and reinforced our commitment to meaningful reconciliation.

Our second Reflect RAP is more than just a document; it reflects our deepened and sincere commitment to creating a workplace and community where diversity, equity, and inclusion thrive. We take great pride in our collaborations with First Nations suppliers and sole traders including Yonga Solutions, Kambarang Services, Kevin Bynder, Creative Native, Beverley Egan, Gather Foods, and Stone Crab.

These partnerships have been incredibly fulfilling, and we look forward to continuing our work together, harnessing their valuable expertise.
