The COACH Program, Osteoarthritis Healthy Weight for Life, and GLA:D are fully covered for members who hold eligible HBF hospital cover and meet the programs’ eligibility criteria. See individual program pages for more information on eligibility criteria.

HBF members with hospital cover that provides restricted benefits for Hospital psychiatric services and have served the 2-month waiting period can claim for services provided by Esus Centre up to the minimum default benefit*. However, significant out-of-pocket costs will apply. If you need assistance understanding what this means for you, please contact us on 133 423.

To be eligible for the fully covered* program you must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over
  • Have paid up to date eligible* hospital products that includes unrestricted inpatient cover for psychiatric services and have served the 2-month waiting period
  • Undertake a preliminary screening questionnaire administered by Clean Slate Clinic confirming clinical suitability for program

The Stand Up to Joint Pain program has been discontinued by our delivery partner, Prima Health Solutions.
