Request a telehealth consultation with Updoc

Accessing Updoc is simple. Here’s what to know before you request your consultation.

  • HBF members must be aged 18+. A parent or guardian must request and be present for consultations for those aged under 18.
  • An Updoc Partner Doctor can provide, where clinically suitable, online medical certificates, prescriptions, specialist and radiology/imaging referrals and more via telehealth anywhere you are in Australia.
  • HBF members can access Updoc’s discounted pricing by logging in to the HBF App or myHBF and selecting the telehealth offer, which will take you to the Updoc website to complete a consultation request.
  • Telehealth consultations with Updoc are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

As part of our partnership with Updoc, eligible members can access a discount on telehealth consultations with an Updoc Partner Doctor by using the unique HBF link available in the HBF App or myHBF. HBF members are not required to submit a claim to receive the discount.

Updoc does not provide telehealth services for extras treatments.
