Access up to 12 months of nurse led support that will equip you with the tools and strategies to manage your alcohol use.

To be eligible for the fully covered* program you must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over
  • Have paid up to date eligible* hospital products that includes unrestricted inpatient cover for psychiatric services and have served the 2-month waiting period
  • Undertake a preliminary screening questionnaire administered by Clean Slate Clinic confirming clinical suitability for program
