Who is eligible for a free Pharmacy 777 MedsCheck?

Pharmacy 777 MedsChecks are free for any Medicare/and or Department of Veterans' Affair (DVA) card holders who:

• Are living at home (i.e. not in a care facility) and;
• Have not had a Medicare funded medication check (such as a MedsCheck, Diabetes MedsCheck or Home Medicine Review) in the last 12 months

And meet at least one of the below criteria:

• Are taking five or more prescription medicines
• Have experienced a recent significant medical event (for example a hospital admission for a new condition such as a heart attack or stroke, or admission to hospital for a worsening existing condition)
• Are taking a medication with a high risk of side effects
