Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is available to all HBF members.
2. Offer valid for any service provided between 2 May and 31 July 2022.
3. Offer is redeemable for eligible retail services provided by Life Ready at all Life Ready Clinics and by Life Ready Mobile services in Western Australia and Victoria excluding Mandurah Physio, Grange Physio, Life Ready Studio Caulfield and all satellite clinics (Canning Vale, Swan View, Cranbourne, Dandenong South, Laverton North and Tullamarine).
4. Offer is redeemable when an eligible HBF member shows their member card or digital member card identifying their unique member number at a Life Ready clinic.
5. Offer is redeemable against the value of services before any benefit is claimed (for those members entitled to a benefit).
6. Offer is not redeemable against products.
7. Where the service is less than $20 value, offer is not redeemable for cash.
8. Offer is non-transferable.
9. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, or in conjunction with any third-party funding (including Government funding).
10. Only one offer can be used per member.
11. Offer can only be used for services provided by Life Ready. It cannot be used for services delivered by other health professionals and businesses who operate from a Life Ready clinic.
